So just add weight to the OHS. I think it’s more to develop strength in the core…not getting ripped.
the first exercise will get you a back injury, the other ones will NOT give you a terrific portrait of a belly, and last: in what way does that girl need to get a nicer set of abs? O.o MY belly looks like an ocean, with waves and all, but compaired to hers that looks like a… a… very trimmed belly!!!! I feel like a heap of jelly…

I’ve been doing all of these so I hope I’m doing it right. I’m only concerned that my knees are coming to far over my toes. I don’t know if that is a big deal.
@cutthatcity To help maintain balance while performing a squat:
- Keep your posture up
- Keep your back straight
- Keep your chest up
If you need more opposition, lean a little forward as you squat.
