@gothdolly84 sounds like your doing a great job! The weather is so much cooler here, now, I can go for my jog around the lake by my home! Going to the ice rink in the morning tomorrow. It’s great excercise and i love it! Doing sports is always fun too, helps break up the routine and make it less boring though i love jogging, not funy but it clears my head and i feel good afterwards. But i like to feel sore muscles, but i’m told that if my muscles are sore then i pushed myself too hard.

@gothdolly84 that’s cool too. Well, try a protein shake you should get about 15-20 grams of protein. Like a fruit smoothie with a protein powder. Eat a small meal before hand. You’ll burn more and have more fuel to keep going. With your walking add ankle weights for that added challenge. ;p You could have 4 oz of grilled chicken with a peice of fruit. Protien and fiber are very importan for your diet.

@LiveLaughLove8489 I do have a walking park near my home and a beach not far I did go for a walk twice and clock up over 5’000 steps. What Protein meals sould I eat after a workout? My neighbors don’t bother working out and not many exercising clubs here in NZ. I do enjoy working out on my own as its my time out.

@gothdolly84 i have a lake about a mile away from my house so i take a jog to the lake and around half of it, and back. So i do a two mile jog, then i have a boost(high protein) that helps to make a quick recovery. Maybe take your dog with you? if you have one. Other than that, try to start a jogging or exercise club in your area. Maybe a neighbor will go jogging with you. Or a co worker.

@LiveLaughLove8489 Interesting! I do walking a small jog a long the beach near my home. I hate doing the same workout every day I get bored I change it up. None of my friends want to workout with me so I like working out on my own.

@gothdolly84 you can do all of this with weights. Like ankle weights and wrist weights! i guarentee even simply walking with weights will increase how much you burn. Also, make sure u don’t do the same excercise everyday. Change it up. one day you do muscle workout, another go for a light jog, or brisk walk w/ your dog. Our bodies love that! Friend prefered, studies show that u wrk harder & r better doing excercise w/ a friend. My thoughts, u don’t wanna seem like a wimp in front of friends. ;P

Have you ever tried hyper fast range of motion exercises in order to move the lymph in the lymphatic system. For example, shake your head NO as fast as you can. The cheeks fly back and forth in a fast acceleration deceleration direction which gives you the same effect as rebounding. You can move the lymph system without the rebounder if you employ fast rapid range of motion acceleration deceleration exercises.

Oh haha Funny! I go by mini-trampoline in New zealand they dont say rebounder. I’ll check out the video. I have trouble doing 1-3 minute jump rope i happen to rest in between as my heart pumps to hard and go out breath. But I’ll build up to that for sure!

A rebounder is a mini-trampoline. I have a video on it. In fact i am about to shoot another rebounder video on a different (better) rebounder. I love it since I can do it inside and it is aerobic (burns fat0 and it is good for your lymphatic (immune) system.

Try doing 6 sets of 3 minutes with your jump rope, and make sure you rest 60 seconds between sets.

@roundlady What is a rebounder? I go for walks & Jogs ever now and then. When my friends car ran out of gas I ran down my drive way to come to her rescue, but when I ran I didn’t go out of breaths which is good since I use skipping rope, should I do 30 seconds of skipping for cardio?

Any chance you can do a video of using dumbbells I do know that your heart rate pumps as you speed up the workout by using dumbbells.
