how’s the body doing?
@Christina1t 3 times a week, first thing in the morning if possible and again later during the day. Ie: You could do it Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
it did both part 1 and 2 yesterday, and i’m now wondering how many times a week, it would be best to do it?

Do It & You’ll See Extreme Chagnes In your Physique, Muscle Tone, Stamina, && Flexibility!!! I Wasn’t As Flexible as I am Now… 2 Months Doing This Monday-sat twice a day along with my Training! if you keep doing it everyday… just for as long as you can(even if its only 3 or 4 mins) eventually you will be able to go longer without getting as tired
OMG this is so hard. Sarah I subscribed I really need to get rid of my love handles, i am not fat i just want to tone. I did sweat the first 2 minutes and i gave up on the 3rd or 4th min. I dont have much resistance and my heart also started to hurt. Any advice?
i started sweating the first 2 minutes.
