Hi. My name is Chuck and I work at an auto parts store in Southeast Kentucky. The job itself isn’t so bad but the moronic customers always coming in and thinking they know shit really gets on my nerves. Especially the phone calls. So we started recording the phone calls just so we’d have something to laugh at on slow days. And now I present these phone calls to you. For those who say I need to be fired – let’s see you try working at an auto parts store for more than a month.

I find that most of these work out videos have no warm ups (although it is better then what i can do) would it not help people to show these before hand?
club feet as in i was born with my feet shaped as the end of a gold club. even though i been operated on & gotten it fixed my feet dont grow as fast as regular ppl. but yea i can do a few of those work outs cept i cant do work outs for those muscles under the quads ..
club feet? i dont know what those are but does that mean you cant do like Pistol Squats? i cant do them, i just cant seem to lower myself

I do at home workouts like this on my own. I hate having to go to a gym and it’s super easy to stay in shape just by doing simple exercises. Of course, you have to also watch what you eat. Thanks for sharing, I’m going to try the bear-crawl pushups today.
i’d mix in various training techniques. i’d stick w/ alot of bodyweight exercises if you are worried about your joints. google Tabata and HIIT to get conditioned, also check into glucosamine and chondroiton, with some fish oils for your joints. fish oils reduce inflammation, while reducing blood pressure and helping weight loss, and the glucosamine and chondroiton helps rebuild the joints. you can get into a good routine w/ 15 mins a day 3 days a week w/ HIIT and take those supps for joints.

Disagree. This workout is about conditioning NOT body-building – I bet the guy in this video could out-run and out-last some gym gorilla!
this worckout is so pointless. it would take you doin this for like an hour and a half every day for you to see any difference

can someone give me some tips, i trained a couple of years back for 2-3 years , went up to aprox 210 lbs, i stopped training because my posture was sort of too rounded and my back hert a bit etc, im 35 now, a bit weak and fat, can i get a good shape from pure bodywieght exercise, i am curious, as i want to lessen the risk on my joints etc…
