So if I burn 500 calories, can I still drinnk a beer after this workout?

No one can tell if it burns 500 calories because that is determined on how much muscle you have. Someone who weighs 100kg of low body fat would prob burn 500 cals but that chick prob won’t.
Want to burn high calories in a workout?…but keep on burning calories AFTER you are done? Lift heavy weights (under supervision if inexperienced). Do complexes such as squat with overhead press, Burpees with pushups, leg raises into chinups, etc. I like his mountain climbers tho!

Sorry, but doing that for 4 sets wont burn even close to 500 calories. I am an ACSM, NASM, and ACE certified personal trainer.

@bevon17 if you repeat it 3-5 times are 500 calories.
You think with 4 minutes you can burn so muck calories?
They think you know that you must repeat it. In 1:01 , 1:21 and 2:04 says how much repeats… Its very easy to say but first see!!

I was exercising before this, and had stretched before even, and stumbled on this video and thought to try it, but I’ve pulled so many leg muscles doing the lunges with the cone, this is a warning!! Stretch immediately after doing it, don’t just continue like I did, you need to stretch out and in the muscles you used when lunging so vigorously. Word of advice.

    November 11th, 2010 at 11:15 | #30

if this was a 45mins class it would be 500 cals or more depending on how hard you work and ur heart rate!
