Interesting exercises, but some actual verbal instructions would’ve been a lot more useful. And that background music is just frickin’ horrendous, argh!

Great workouts but please narrorate videos with workout instructions instead of playing the Justin timberlake sountrack…or any music sound track. Music is unneccessary. It’s very distracting and makes your videos seem like a joke.

What if my arms are hurting and cramp on the bridges? At the walking bridge my arms cramp before I can finish yet my abs are fine?

That depends on what kind of shape your in and what your goals are. You can do it up to 4 times a day if you body can handle it and you are taking lots of recovery supplements.

Yes, do the lunges on the left side on the second circuit. Enjoy the workout.

How come when you do the lunges you are only going to the right? Do you do the left side during the second circuit?

wow. just did it 5 minutes a while ago…and it was a killer. at first, i was like, this is ain’t too bad. but towards the end of walking bridge, i could’t get up anymore and there was still 4 seconds left before the two minute rest period. After the second circuit, i was sweating and shaking like crazy. shows that i’m too out of shape. this 10 minute workout really hit the core. i’m an avid tennis player and i’ve been looking for some workout that would really help. this is it!

Do as many reps as you can for 1 minute, push yourself and move immediateley into the next exercise, no rest between exercises.
Perform each of the 4 exercises for 1 minute each, rest for 1 – 2 minutes, and then repeat the ciruit. 2 circuits are 4 minutes each, so 8 minutes of exercise with a 2 minute rest period inbetween equals 10 minutes.

How exactly is two circuits ten minutes? How many reps each?
