    yeah… i was worried that i wasn’t thorough enough in my explanations this week, but i seem to have scraped by! i’ll see you in week 3 :)

    Wow, I can’t believe you fit everything into 5 and a half minutes! You should get extra points for that, LOL!

    I’ve never thought about hopping from machine to machine to get the full cardio workout in – that’s a great idea! I usually hate gym cardio because I get bored doing the same thing for so long!

    yeah it was a rough week at times, but i find my workouts relieve a lot of stress. so in that way they were helpful!
