    More reps, perhaps an extra 6 or so would help I think. I wouldn’t use higher weights though. Just because I have tried this myself and it takes focus from the extension and stabilization part of the exercise – then it just lifting dumbells and not exactly Pilates.

    @Stro0ke3s Did you get those big muscles or did this exercise expose it’s problems? Because that’s position is going to put pressure on the lower back, and you normally do it flat.

    if i do this with more reps & a little bit bigger weights do u think it will help my arms get muscles ??
