    @jakelong2000 yeah it’s fun. sometimes you get really frustrated when people hit you and you can’t defend yourself well enough but regardless its still fun. great stress reliever, can’t explain in words how good it made me feel to box after having a really bad day.

    Awesome instructor. Real clear.
    However, did you know that the bicep rotates accross the elbow joint and into the radius. This means the number one purpose of the bicep is not to flex the elbow but to laterally rotate or supinate the wrist. This is why by moving the wrist your bicep will fire. A good idea will therefor be to rotate the wrist when doing this curl in particular.

    Stabilizer muscles are the triceps not shoulders. Shoulder is secondary stabilizer for curls

    I get a better pump in my biceps when I supinate my wrists and then sqeeze hard at the top of the curl
