    Guys, the comments are pretty silly. The guys running this training is Chris Tamer, 14 year veteran of the NHL. This was an agents camp where many these players are either in the NHL or in college with contracts waiting.

    These guys were in Ann Arbor for a week long camp. We had a chance to INTRODUCE them some kettlelbell, Krav Maga and CrossFit. If they were long term athletes, training would be different.

    When you comment on a video, it may be a good idea to consider the goal of the video.

    Yeah, she uses big words like Proprioceptive and Neuromuscular that make going up and doen on a BOSU intimidating.
