it’s funny. i hate sayings, especially “you are what you eat”, but it makes so much sense. if you eat nothing but junk food, then your body is going to feel like junk and crap from eating shit like that. if you eat wholesome foods that are good for you, then your body feels wholesome and “clean” and healthy, not sluggish like when you order a 4 x 4 at in n out and wash it down with a milkshake.
