I’ve been doing this workout for a couple of months now. this only helps your abs get bigger, you will not see them unless you burn the fat around them. i do this 3 days a week, plus i ran 2 miles every other day. after 4 weeks i already had a 4 pack. this might take longer depending on your genetics and body fat.

@eoinhurleytv2 Everyone has abs. It’s a matter of removing the fat covering them. Use low rep movements 6-8 reps with weights and those suckers will pop out and all the girls at the track will love you.
The Rectus Abdominis comprises mainly slow twitch fibers which respond to heavy weight concentric and eccentric muscle contractions. Once you have build up some core strength doing the movements shown in the video, start adding weight, ie, floor sweeps, cable crunches, dumbbell side bends, etc. KEEP THE REP RANGE 6-8 REPS. Becareful using too heavy weights for the external obliques, building up this area too much can make your waste appear wider.
Remember: You can’t out train a bad diet.

Hahaha you guys are fools! The first thing this video mentioned was spot training! It takes about 300 degrees plus to burn fat and at 104 degrees you need to be rushed to the hospital! lol You guys need to stop being fooled! You get a six pack by having a calorie defecit of at least 500 calories and increased intense cardio! I will bet that once you get your fat levels low enough your abs will show weather you did crunches or not! lol
For those that have a stiffened neck; it comes from using your neck to pull yourself; correct your form and use by tightening your abs and pulling your shoulders. If you still have a tight neck after the workout; use neckrolls, roll it while breathing 3-4 times one way then the opposite; also get a partner and use neck iso’s have them lean you forward the sideways(both ways) and back for 30 seconds strengthens your neck; i use this in weightlifting and football everyday

@27313owns it means you’re doing the crunches wrong. You’re moving your neck up rather than your shoulders. Focus on a spot on the ceiling and move your chest straight up to it.
@yourtube1234567 Thanks. I know now that I put too much strain on it. I had a good workout anyway and my abs are burning today but my neck has more of an ache to it

Ok I’m 13 extremely low body fat I’m an athlete in 100m 200m and long jump if I did this every other day would it give me abs
