    am a female boxer in Inglewood, Ca.I see you guys give good workouts but i been out for a while due to an ankle ingury, but am back in the ring. Can you give me the right deit that will work with my training?

    AMgettinlaid is hella right when i used to workout i used to take hella long breaks between sets and then i took hella short ones and now i do full sets no stop everyday

    She’s also pretty cute. Great work-out man. When I do the torso torques, I usually use a 10-12 lbs. medicine ball. Still good stuff though.

    @sithmathamatiks what you can do is shorten up your rest periods between sets then once your used to that work your way down to where all the workouts are one whole set then change up the exercises making sure they hit all angles of the abdominal wall.

    Just make sure you stretch first before doing these, it will hurt like holy HELL if they tighten up on ya, hoo, lol.
