The joy of the Tabata exercise (if you can call it joy) is that it spurs aerobic and anaerobic exercise to the equivalent of an hour of endurance training. It is currently revered as the most effective fat burning exercise, but it is excruciatingly difficult to do.

shouldn’t you be doing at least an hour’s worth of cardio disregarding wether your inside or outside? 4 mintutes doesn’t seem to be enough if you REALY want to lose weight…

depends on how much you eat, when you eat, how much your rest burning rate is, how much you weigh, how much you are overweight, how much muscle, what intensity you do these exercises on…

    so can’t tell, really =)

you need to consult with your doctor, preferably get a consult with a fysiotherapist.

basically, you need controlled, isolated exercises.
DO NOT TAKE ANY INTERNET ADVICE.

nobody can know what the problem is, except a doctor that examines you.
please take a consult and explain them what you want.

Can you recommend exercises for someone with bad knees? I can’t do lunges, squats, running or jumping jacks. Thanks!
